Bio
Ditte Johanne Krogh Bertelsen (b. 1992) is a danish artist based in Copenhagen.
She is currently pursuing her MFA at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.
Her practice revolves around body, space, and movement, explored through photography, various printmaking techniques, video, and performance. Using her naked body as a tool in spatial compositions, she challenges social norms and bodily codes.
Shot with an iPhone, her images merge snapshot aesthetics with surreal composition, creating unsettling scenes where presence and absence, intimacy and absurdity continuously shift. The viewer is invited into a space where everything is up for negotiation.
